Level 1 - Beginner

Ideal for beginners starting their tennis journey. Focus is on developing agility, balance and coordination (ABC’s), alongside basic racket and ball skills. Sessions are fun, active, and designed to build confidence.

Focus: Movement, racket control, throwing & catching, basic rallying.


CLOTHING / RACKETS
Children must wear sports clothing and clean non-marking trainers. Please bring a tennis racket if possible (loan rackets available and sanitised). Bring enough water for the session.
