A Netball Camp for school year 9 - school year 11 (ages 14 to 16)

COVID-19
To protect children who attend uPlay Sports Holiday Camps and their families, as well as the staff that work at the Camps, uPlay Sports will adopt measures to ensure the 2021 Holiday Camps are safe and compliant with government COVID-19 guidelines. Parents must explain and ensure their children understand social distancing before they attend camp. England Netball guidelines will also be followed.

DAILY SCHEDULE / WEATHER
We will provide netball activities in line with social distancing measures.
This is an outdoor venue and the Camp will continue in normal rain conditions.
If the rain is heavy, the Camp may be cancelled as we do not have access to a suitable indoor area. We will contact all those booked on prior to the start if this is the case.
Customers may also be contacted during the camp if conditions deteriorate and the court becomes unplayable.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a 10% discount for siblings - this discount will only be applied to each additional sibling and not the first child. The discount will be automated when you book online. Siblings must be booked on the same order to receive the discount.

CLOTHING
Children should bring all their belongings in one clearly labelled backpack that they are able to carry unaided. Recognised sports clothing and clean non-marking trainers must be worn. A packed waterproof would be advised. Any equipment used by the girls will be monitored and cleaned in line with regulations.
Please ensure that your child has enough water for the full session.

FOOD & DRINK
Children should bring: a large, filled water bottle to last the whole session and snacks (NO NUTS). Due to social distancing measures that are in place we will be unable to help children open any packets or peel any fruit so parents should ensure their children can eat their snacks unaided. Siblings must have separate snacks and water bottles as we cannot allow children to share.

ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / MEDICATION
Please let our staff know if your child has any allergies / medication or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. Any medication should be in a labelled plastic bag. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.

LATE COLLECTION
We ask that children are collected promptly. Late collection will incur a fine detailed below, this fine is to cover costs incurred as the result of late collection.
More than 10 minutes late for collection : £5
A further £10 charge will be applied if collection is more than 30 minutes after the pre-booked time.
