uPlay Sports Tennis Camp takes place at Hitchin Girls School on the outdoor tennis courts. Camp runs between 9.00 am-12.00 pm, with early drop off (8.30 am available). All equipment is provided , just make sure you are in suitable clothing for the UK Weather. Who is it for? Tennis camp is for girls and boys aged between 4-8 years old. uPlay Sports Tennis Camps have been custom designed to deliver tennis coaching in a fun environment that is ideal for any level of player. The camp programme has been designed to ensure that all ages and abilities will have fun and learn through fun skills and games. The camp delivers tennis in a fun environment with a mixture of tournaments, tennis-based games, technical sessions and challenges. It is ideal for any level of player, whether they are just starting out or a potential Wimbledon Champion. Our fully trained coaches deliver the exciting programme in a fun and safe environment. DAILY SCHEDULE
We will provide adjusted tennis activities in line with social distancing measures.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
We offer a 10% discount for siblings - this discount will only be applied to each additional sibling and not the first child. The discount will be automated when you book online. Siblings must be booked on the same order to receive the discount.
EARLY DROP-OFFS/ LATE PICK UP
We offer early drop off and late pick up
8.30 am early drop off at a cost of £5.00
1.00 pm late pick up at a cost of £5.00
(Please note late pick up children must bring a pack lunch)
LATE COLLECTION
We ask that children be collected promptly. Late collection will incur a fine detailed below, this fine is to cover costs incurred as the result of late collection.
More than 10 minutes late for collection: £5
A further £10 charge will be applied if the collection is more than 30 minutes after the pre-booked time.

GROUPINGS
Children will be split into 2 groups of 15 maximum, forming a ‘bubble’. Groups will be predetermined before the start of the day.
If your child wishes to specifically be with a friend/sibling, please advise at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee this but will endeavour to do our best.
FOOD & DRINK
Children should bring a large, filled water bottle, a lunchbox containing snacks for the morning (NO NUTS). Due to social distancing measures that are in place, we will be unable to help children open any packets or peel any fruit so parents should ensure their children can eat their snacks unaided. Siblings must have separate lunch boxes and water bottles as they may be in separate groups and we will not allow children to share or mix groups.

ALLERGIES OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / MEDICATION
Please let our staff know if your child has any allergies/medication or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. Any medication should be in a labelled plastic bag. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.
CLOTHING / TENNIS RACKET
Children should bring all their belongings in one clearly labelled backpack that they are able to carry unaided. Recognised sports clothing and clean non-marking trainers must be worn. Jeans, singlets and beach shorts are not appropriate. Please also pack a sunhat, individual suncream and a waterproof. All items should be labelled. We would ask that, where possible, all children please bring their own tennis rackets. We will still lend rackets if needed and then sanitise them after use.
